★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STRONG ARM hidden clauses in purchase agreement. Only friendly before the deposit. Never again. For example, in Prime Condos they ask for a "pre-approval" of a condo that won't be closing until 2025. We all know pre-approvals don't mean anything and banks will ignore you if you ask for something that isn't closing soon. So what's the point!? Inexperienced builders and basically scum. Never again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way too high too impersonal and too expensive for the very tiny units they are offering. One bedroom at 370 square feet ! Come on that is too small and more like a studio at a one bedroom price. Will take away so much sun light from the streets and block so many existing buildings' view, but who cares, right ? Might as well buy a nice resale condo nearby for a fraction of the price and move in a few weeks.
