J	Jeff Blower on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a mortgage with Rachael just over 4 years ago she did a great job. Reached out to her about renewal and getting a secured line of credit. She gave me two options a day later and I have barely heard from her since. I applied on the 27th of April today is the 20th of May I have left emails and tried calling since last Friday haven’t received any type of response it is Thursday today. She told me they were preparing line of credit and I have no idea what ever happened as I have not heard back. It is not hard to take 30 seconds to respond to keep someone up to date on the situation especially seeing as I was always a polite and good customer for her
A	Abby Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service!!! Took 2 in months chasing Rachael. Then was dropped by her, no email nothing. Tried to contact her and her team for weeks with no return calls or email. Rachael is rude, very unprofessional and the better business bureau should take her license. Not to mention her ‘rates’ are a joke and she’s just out to scam for your money. My boyfriend and I missed out refinancing his home for his children and has to sell his house now. Not to mention Rachael lies and doesn’t disclose proper details. After sending her ‘approval’ to other brokers, and being told that what Rachael was offering was out of this world and only putting us further into debt. WAY TO GO RACHAEL HELPING PEOPLE OUT!!! Should probably change you radio ad to something more suitable like ‘my better mortgage no advice, we just want to screw you and take all your money’

J	Jessica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. My fiance & I were in touch with Rachel and got pre approved for a mortgage. A couple of months later we found a home WELL BELOW what she had pre approved us for, sent her all of the information required for the financing and heard nothing. Our house was closing that week, I called multiple multiple times, emailed, nothing but crickets. She had completely ghosted us. We needed our financing finalized by Friday, on Wednesday we made the decision to contact Carrie from Centum Mortgage in Barrie (AMAZING) and she saved us, pulling everything together from scratch in two days and finalizing our financing in time for our home to close. Rachel finally got back to us the NEXT WEEK saying we were not approved for the amount of our house (once again- WELL BELOW what she had pre approved us for). If we didn't listen to our guts, jump ship and contact Carrie, Rachel would have screwed us a few hundred dollars and we would have lost the home we fell in love with. Read the reviews, they all mention the same topic of ghosting and ignoring her customers, awful customer service and cannot be trusted.

Took a major weight off my shoulders!! Sarah was great answering all my questions and working quickly to fix my current mortgage! I will definitely be recommending to my family and friends!

Let's face it usually reviews are mostly left by dissatisfied customers. In this case vast majority of reviews are accurate. I recently contacted My Better Mortgage and while I could not get anyone to answer the phone I left a voicemail and received a call back the next day from Rachel but I was at work and unable to answer the call. She left a message with her extension number to return her call. But that's where the service stopped. I tried several calls and left voicemail messages asking for a call back with times I would be available. I have never received a call back. They don't answer the phone ever and even Rachel the owner does not return calls. I was a potential client that never even was given a chance. All these reviews are accurate and I can't say strong enough take your business else where. These services are in conjunction with one of the biggest decisions you could make don't let bad service ruin your experience.
B	Bozena Pelzner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rachael and her team helped us with our re-financing when others couldn't or wouldn't, she put the effort in. We had not great credit. It took a little longer due to current issues with COVID but the end result made our life easier. It's a one stop shop with all her connections, in the end it was a very simple process.
