★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who knew grandma's old jewellery would be worth good money! I was surprised by what our old gold & silver was worth. I really enjoyed my experience at Muzeum. The staff were awesome, I felt like they really took the time to explain to me everything and all my options so I left feeling good and not ripped off. I highly recommend Muzeum if you are looking to sell your gold & silver in Toronto.

I felt thoroughly comfortable and there was no pressure to sell my jewellery and silverware. It was a very positive and transparent experience and I was happy with the pay out. Without hesitation, I know where I'm taking any future sales! My sister who accompanied me is "sold" on Muzeum too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience at Muzeum, they are honest and friendly, great customer service. I brought in some of my grandmothers old jewellery and the owner Max was awesome to deal with. The shop is also very trendy with cool vintage pieces to browse. Love it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an assortment of old coins and bills passed down to me, and Justin and Kira sifted through everything and helped me make sense of it. Justin even took time to separate my bills and explain which might be worth more than their face value, even though he wasn’t purchasing them. I really appreciated that.
It was interesting watching them test and weigh all the coins, even double-checking some of the silver pieces. The coins were worth more than I expected, and the price they offered was thoroughly explained. I really would recommend them for professionalism, expertise and transparency :) thanks so much!

Fortunately, Muzeum was right around the corner. They offered me the exact spot price for my gold, with no fees, paid via cheque. In and out in about ten minutes, very convenient and secure. Would recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been needing to sell of quite a variety of things from an estate and so I have recently been to a few different well-known businesses in the city to sell jewellery and other precious metal pieces. I sure wish I had come to Muzeum Gold & Silver first! Their process is so much more transparent than the other places!
I left one of the other places confused about what I had sold, what I got for it and what the rates were. At Muzeum they walked me through each item and showed me the formula when they made me an offer. This transparency left me so much more comfortable.
I actually ended up at Muzeum after a disappointing experience at yet another well-known place in the city almost selling some large silver items. Muzeum literally offered me almost 10x the price.
They also have a lovely selection of coffee, chocolates and beverages which they kindly offer you the moment you walk in the door. It felt like a comfortable and inviting place to spend time. The staff were very knowledgeable and informative and offered us a variety of information about investing in precious metals.
This is the place to come if you need to buy or sell gold or silver!
