An incredible experience for first-time snowmobiling. The instructors explained the rules and safety of snowmobiling very clearly. We did the 1.5hour experience and wished we could've gone for longer. Would definitely go again!

In summary, this company is the most listed online for Muskoka tours so you would think it's very professional however in reality its ran and operated by one man who is very uncommunicative and unprofessional, once I paid the deposit managing to get him on the phone was close to impossible. But before you judge here's my story, so for my birthday I reached out around two months before the booking to Darren and made a booking for a large group (12+ people) for the snowmobiling ice fishing tour. Darren stayed in contact until I paid the deposit then it was radio silence from there on. I called every day the last two weeks to make sure we're confirmed and he told me we are confirmed and he's too busy to reply to calls. Alot of people came from Ottawa, Montreal and even from out of the country to celebrate with me post covid and we even stayed at a cottage near the excursion so we can go there directly but the day OF the activity he cancels with a text message in the morning out of the blue and doesn't respond back to calls or emails. There was no rebooking, or let's schedule another time, it literally was like I got scammed and booked at a fake company. Finally I got the Muskoka regional police involved just to be able to get my deposit back. All over disappointing and unpleasant experience, wasted my time and everyone's plus he waited to the last minute to cancel so we didn't have another plan to do and other resorts were booked. I wouldn't recommend booking or paying a dollar in deposit unless you wanna spend your time going to the police to get your deposit back on a excursion you didn't even cancel.

Not for beginners. Had to cross busy highways with no one to stop traffic. This was supposed to be for beginners. Yet we had to drive a snowmobile for the first time while navigating traffic. Goes up steep hills, again very difficult for first time drivers. Very sharp turns in wooded areas. Do not recommend for beginners.

DO NOT RECOMEND!! I recently took my family on what was supposed to be aΒ  fun family day excursion riding snowmobiles. The day turned into a nightmare!!Β  Definitely not for families or beginners.Β  In the first 10 minutes of the ride we had to cross a busy highway and make a tight 180 degree turn in a heavily treed area going uphill. My wife who had never been on a snowmobile was trying to navigate that tight turn and hit a small bush and we were charged for the damages. Even I who have driven snowmobiles had a very hard time navigating that turn. It made absolutely no sense to go that way when there are so many paths that the owner Darren could have used. He then proceeded to get off his snowmobile and start yelling at my wife saying she had caused damage and would have to pay for it. My wife was quite shaken as were my three teenage kids who had to witness that scene. Darren had first said that it would cost about $800 to repair, by the time we got back to the office he said the damages totaled over 1600.00Β  He charged my Visa and never provided me with an invoice I have contacted my lawyer to deal with this issue as i believe that the charges were unwarrantedΒ Β  we never did a walk around at the start of the day and have no way to prove that there were no prior damagesΒ Β  before we left for the day. DO NOT US MUSKOKA - PLAY and STAY. The place and their owner Darren took advantage of a family who wanted to take their kids out snowmobiling for the dayΒ Β  charging us 1600.00 extra was outrageous and pure highway robbery .

My husband and I went for a three hour snowmobile tour with Craig and it was amazing from start to finish. They had snowmobile gear available if you where missing something. The snowmobile trails we took where beautiful and exciting to drive on. Also driving the snowmobile on the lake made the experience even more memorable. Can’t wait to go again.

I had a great snowmobile experience at this March break with my family. Darren is a really nice friendly person. At the beginning, my husband and I would like to try the 3 hours ride, but Darren suggest me is better only take the 1.5 hours ride because I have a 6 year girl. Our family has a great time, and my daughter also make friend with his daughter and getting ice fishing together. I definitely will come back next time. Strong recommendation, good price and nice guy!

We had an amazing time! Snowmobiling was so much fun, and we were guided on a long trail through the forest and over the frozen lake. Ice fishing was also fun. Even in -20 weather, we ended up taking our jackets off because the heated hut was so cozy!
