Shipping FAQ on the web site clearly stated that shipping within Canada was free for orders over $250.00. After ordering I got an email requesting an additional $50.00 for shipping. Phoned the store, and the response was that there are lots of people looking for the items I ordered, so they don't really care about whether or not I buy from them. No interest in trying to understand my perspective on how they are false advertising 'free shipping' on their website. I buy tons of stuff online, and will definitely never shop at fatbike.ca again or recommend to anyone I know.

Purchased a set of HED fat bike BHDs ($3100 after taxes CDN) from this company in 2019 and they have had persistent free hub issues. Despite a 5 year mfg warranty, the problem is still unresolved even after dealing directly with HED on parts. Will never order from this distributor again after this experience.
j	jon athan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried to contact fatbike customer service and see if I can get a product repaired, as there could be a possible manufacturing issue, but haven't heard from customer service. The product was bought nov 16, 2020, and stopped working dec 2021. Contacted them 2x via their website, no response. So, buyer beware. Disappointed with fatbikes as i have purchased a few things from them and i always try to support Canadian, but i guess next time I'll take my business and hard earned cash somewhere else! This doesn't really deserve a star....

The owner is a tallish balding arrogant guy that seldom really listens to what I am asking for. If I do not have the credit card out and promising to buy something, the staff blows me off. Other outfitters places in the region have better gear and equipment at better prices PLUS they are willing to HELP YOU get fitted... but no there. ugh! what a waste of a weekend trip.

After riding our first time we noticed one of our bar ends missing. I contacted Brian at Fat Bikes Canada and he was very helpful and said he would send out the plug at no cost except I was to pay for the shipping which I was happy to do. Brian sent the bar end plugs as he promised in short order so I was back to biking the following weekend. Brian did say that we should add some tape to increase the diameter of the bar ends so they stay in better. We absolutely love the 45 North Cobra fist pogies. They keep our hands warm and therefore we were able to ride longer. I would definitely purchase from Fat Bikes Canada again in the future. I have already indicated that I want a pair of Wrathchild studded tires when they come in as they are currently out of stock. Shipping was fast and delivered to my door with no headaches!!

I grabbed a why cycles big iron and couldnt be more stoked on it. They have all the gear for your outdoor adventures as well. This is the place to go especially for fat bikes.
