The owners and staff are extremely friendly and help find something that suits your needs. There is no games, they are very transparent and reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience. Knowledgeable staff, family friendly environment. The sale team was great, had no problem letting us look around answering just about every question we had. Did not pressure us into anything. I went back several times over a few days to make sure we were 100 percent on the trailer we were looking at. Every time I showed up I got greeted with a smile and a nice to see you. (Not like the bigger places where they just want you to buy and get out!) We Decided on the trailer we were gonna purchase and they made the application process simple and smooth. We had Noticed a few small thing wrong with the trailer after we had bought it. Instead of making me hook the trailer up and take it back joe offered to come to my house after hours as to not Inconvenience me. I don’t no any other place that would do that for there customer! All around just an amazing experience. I would recommend muskoka rv to anyone looking for a trailer that wants great service a friendly staff and someone that will stand behind what they sell!

They were courteous and professional and did not rush us to make a decision. When we picked up our new (beautiful) trailer, it was spotless. They took the time to make sure that we understood how to operate all of the equipment and features of the trailer before we drove away.
