โ โ โ โ โ Best service I've ever had for moving a piano in more than 35 years of having pianos moved. The guys showed up just a little early, were flawless in moving the piano, were extremely polite, careful and did an overall excellent job. Brian in the office was great to deal with considering we had to juggle quite a few people's schedules to organize the move. Thank you Music Box!

โ โ โ โ โ Had my moms upright piano moved from her house to my house. Called 5-6 places in Surrey and Music Box Piano Movers had the most reasonable price. I was also reffered to by John Q Movers. Bryan was polite and had great customer service skills where I never felt rushed. The ETA was perfect as I needed to work around my kids school schedules. The 3 guys who moved the piano all had smiles on their faces when they arrived. Handled the piano with great care and asked where I wanted it placed and how far from the wall i wanted it. Also delivered my moms food that she packed for me! The piano had no issues with the sound quality. Extremely impressed and highly recommended. Thanks!

โ โ โ โ โ I have moved my 7 foot Pleyel 6 times... from Paris to San Francisco to Ottawa to Vancouver... and, as a professional musician, can appreciate the level of expertise and care that piano movers need to have to do their job well. I can say that Rob and his crew did a world class job and everyone I interacted with regarding scheduling etc.... were extremely friendly and competent. They get 5 stars from me.

โ โ โ โ โ Music Box's expert movers executed a tight 90 degree turn down a narrow staircase that other piano movers were previously unable to do. Brian is very professional and accommodating as my piano had to be delivered the day after. Their prices are cheaper than average while offering superior service.

The communications with the team at Music Box was great! There was never any guessing and everything was detailed clearly up front via email. Shortly before the move, the team called to make sure we were still OK to go and that everything on their end was ready.
The day of the double move, the team showed up ready to go in masks without being asked. They clearly have done this before, as they came prepared with all the tools, rigs and jigs required for a complex move.
One piano came in from one home, and another one left my home for new forever home. Music Box worked out the schedules so that it was seamless, painless, and very efficient for all parties. From start to finish my complex move was done within a few hours including travel time.
Finally, the estimate was accurate to the penny. No surprises or extra charges there, either.
I would highly recommend the team at Music Box for anyone considering moving their piano. no matter the vintage or model.

They quoted the move very quickly, charged me exactly what they said they would, arrived when they said they would and were super lovely to deal with. Clearly very competent, because moving pianos is not easy! I can't believe how quickly they did it too! So fast! Definitely hire Piano Box Movers for your job, you won't regret it.
