They will try to make you pay as much as you can, so they will get more commission.
Went there for a simple changes plate.
They told me i need to pay $30 fee to cancel my insurance first and then buy it again (all this for more commission).
This didn't sound right to me so i decided to go to another ICBC autoplan broker where they helped me without ripping me off and only paid $18.
Im not coming back after been their customer for more than 6 years.
STAY AWAY!

Update: March 10/2021.
Always good friendly service. I went in on Feb.27/2021 and was greeted with a friendly smile and hello how can I help you. I explained what I needed done and Amber was super helpful and efficient thank you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! Horrible service. Never available to pick up their phone until it is time for renewal. Even so they are too busy to give clear instruction and blame their customers for stuff they neglected. When I tried messaging them they just said too busy can’t call us back. I am so happy that I found another broker who’s helpful and actually answer our questions even tho I paid unnecessary unreasonable bill.
