★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend this company. I met with one of their Realtors (Bobby). His very first instinct was to advise me to do something completely illegal on order to save his client money on the taxes to be paid for selling an income producing property. Now why would I put myself at risk of arrest or penalty to save his customer money???
