β β β β β We met Fay at an open house when we were thinking of upsizing, and she was very polite and reached out when she found out that we didn't have a realtor yet. She wasn't pushy at all, and we appreciated that she offered to have a free consultation with us, and spend the time and effort to get to know us and our needs better. She was very informative, detail-oriented, and data driven, which fits our style and preferences well. She laid out options and pros and cons of different strategies, helping to guide us to a solution that suited us. She worked really hard, helping to prep us on how to stage our home for the showing and photos, organizing over 24 viewings in 3 days, going over the 8 offers with us, and we ended up selling our condo at 55k above asking price within a few days! We would recommend Fay for her high quality of service, kind and enthusiastic approach, and effectiveness in bringing in results!

She did an incredible job helping us find and buy the house we've always wanted - even in this chaotic market. I really appreciated Fay's process and level of attention to detail. She first honed in on the things we value in a home and then patiently visited ALL the houses we wanted to view over several months - sharing details and interesting tidbits about each place.
When we did finally find the house that matched our needs (full credit to Fay for keeping tabs on the house as it temporarily went off the market!), she went above and beyond the level of service I'd hoped for. She guided us in all the detailed due diligence that comes with such a major purchase and did several things out of pocket just to make sure we have 'peace of mind' - something she clearly values for her clients.
At the end of the day, I am very happy with the experience with Fay and will recommend her to everyone I know - if you are her client, she will make you her top priority.

β β β β β Fay was our agent when we decided to sell our townhouse this past spring. She gave us some fantastic advice for staging our place. A fresh layout for our furniture, decluttering and some rented decor turned our place into a boutique showroom. Photos and 3D Matterport were professionally done and looked amazing. After reviewing neighboring property sales, Fay helped us set a list price we were happy with. We really appreciated her patience with our onslaught of questions during the whole process, including at odd hours of the day when we started feeling jittery. She was pretty much spot on with the predicted number of showings and offers, and we ended up with multiple competing offers. Our place sold over asking and I'm quite sure all the staging and overall strong presentation really made a really great impression on the potential buyers. Thanks again Fay for your help!

Fay is not only a brilliant realtor but also a great human being. During our business, I have never felt I was just a business for her. She pays attention to your needs and curates a list for you to view to weekly. She cares and listens. Fay wants you to get the best for your hard earned money. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding.I have never felt I was being rushed into making a decision.
Not only she was extremely dilliagent with search and viewings but she was also super informative during the finaling period. Fay offers help with any sort of question you might have during your home hunting. She is very approachable and responsive.
I feel lucky that I now have not only a real estate agent but also a good friend. Fay rocks!

We were looking to purchase a property in a very specific neighborhood. β β β β β Fay is an amazing realtor and human being! She is very sweet and extremely attentive to detail. I found that she was a great advocate for my partner and I in finding the perfect home. We started with very strict requirements for the home that we were looking for and Fay made sure to find those exact homes but at the same time would also enlighten us on new homes we never would have thought we would look into. The home we bought was actually a home we didnβt think we would like but Fay went out of her way to view the house first as she believed that it would suit us perfectly (and she was right!)
