★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are rude and have an attitude (not all of them). I asked one of the staff if they could get my forms filled out from the doctor and she gave me so much attitude and was rude to me about doing such a simple thing, ruined my mood for the afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only been going for 6 months and staff have been efficient and Dr. Singara has been great. She takes the time to listen, check out the issue and let you know next step. I have had a few call backs after hours to let me know results and even checked on a problem I was having. A year later and still happy with Doctor and staff.

She is one of the finest and intelligent doctors i have ever met.
She is taking care of our entire family
She follows up regularly and disgnose the problems instantly.
I have never seen such a wonderful doctor anywhere.
My parents and my wife loves her as she is very polite.
My mom feels so good in visiting her that she always say that half of the problems go away only by seeing her.
She takes very good care of her patients and we would love to visit her for all problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Singara is fantastic and the staff are friendly, but trying to get a hold of the clinic when you call is a nightmare. They’re always on the other line and the outgoing message specifies not to leave a voicemail due to their high call volume. I’ve been playing phone tag with them all week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to see doctor Sam for about two years now and really like him. The front staff are not always super friendly but that is because they are super busy and they are often treated poorly by people demanding to be seen as walk ins and such. so I don't blame them at all. overall everyone at the clinic is hard working and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Singara is the best, after years of searching for a family doctor in the lower mainland I was fortunate to have been accepted as a patient by this wonderful doctor. She is kind, patient, compassionate and comprehensive in her treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never been to this practice, but I've been a nurse for 50 years. The phone answering person puts you through a test. When asked if a Doctor was accepting new patients, it felt like it was a secret. She queried my background and her comment was rude. She asked for my e-mail. Not my name or situation. No concern at all. She wanted to send me a form to decide if the doctor wanted to take me as a patient. No, the appointment was for a family member. Meet and greet? No thank you, unless I've seen the doctor and approve of them. It works both ways.This medical clinic seems to want you to "apply" for their service. Maybe there's a reason the doctor is short on patients. Maybe some interpersonal skills are needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is awesome. I often forget about my meds and leave it to the last second and they always squeeze me in and make sure I get my meds on time. Dr. Sam is super kind and very helpful and the receptionists are always friendly and helpful.
