★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MTL Pilates LAB is gorgeous and so is the owner, Veronique. I took a level one reformer class w/ Veronique and she was so helpful, spoke both English and French throughout class and made some much need corrections on my form. Loved class, the space, and the team. I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Montréal Pilates lab is AMAZING!!!!!! I was pretty new to Pilates and each instructor made me feel extremely comfortable with learning the machines and techniques. The staff are extremely personable and even though I did group sessions I felt like I was being catered to as if it were a private. I recommend this studio to anyone who enjoys or wants to learn Pilates. Also, the studio was extremely clean and sanitized.
