Nice space . Great Barre classes, they teacher really pushes you. Studio space is very clean ?. Yoga classes are so so as teacher don't do a lot of adjustment so I'm not sure how a new yogi can learn the proper way and the class for a more experienced student might not be challenging enough. They don't offer hot tea or water and they don't have bathmats outside the shower so if you are like me who don't like been cold right after class, bring some socks and hot water with you Also their Barre class at night only at 6:30!I mean i might be great for students but if you are like me who is a full-time working professional. You will find it hard to make in time for that . Ideally they can have one more Barre class at night at 7:30

I love doing Yoga at Enso! The professors are great, and there is a wide variety of classes and options, which ensures that anyone will find what they are looking for. The studios are all impeccable in terms of hygiene and sanitation, and the atmosphere is very calm and favours relaxation. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to try yoga!

The instructors go through poses so quickly; it makes it difficult to work on flexibility and master anything. Also, they do a lot of advanced stuff when it's evident that very few people in the class are that advanced. Even though i've been doing yoga for 2 years, I often leave class feeling frustrated. I know I'm not the only one. Halfway through the class, everyone looks confused about what is going on. I've found my practice to improve drastically when going to other studios with a more deliberate, mindful style of yoga. If your goal is fitness + getting your heart rate up, Enso will work for you. But if your goal is stress-reduction, mindfulness, improved flexibility, I would not choose Enso.

Edit: Enso himself said the studio has a vaccine mandate. I guess they forgot to ask me for my proof? This makes me feel better going to class (no sarcasm). The only place in Montréal that I would shower. That's how clean it is. The studio is great, I've been going before Covid. However I will say this, if you are still worried about the pandemic I wouldn't come yet. Everyone is allowed to join without any background check. If they would at least monitor guests temperature before entering it would be an improvement. There is tape on the floor to separate people in the room but it's still hot yoga.

I have been going to this studio for almost 2 years now and I can only say that it is by far the best place to sweat and have fun at the same time! Really good classes, amazing teachers, their team is so welcoming, always smiling and well organized. The place is neat, modern and clean and the studio is well located near Peel's metro. Really recommend, thank you to all the team and a special thanks to my two favorite teachers, Sarah and Michelle! Love your work, your classes are really fun and fuego ?!

Just went back since this whole COVID ordeal. They do ask for your vaccination proof, and then they keep on file so you don't have to pull it out each time. It's smart - just like a gym membership. I go for the hot yoga. Same rules as any other fitness & health places. Lockers & shower areas are so clean! Everything is as it should be. Thanks for still being there guys!

This is going to be really embarassing for me, but I think it just goes to prove how great the people are here. This was my first time back in a hot yoga class since the pandemic (2 years), so while I'm not a beginner, I was definitely out of practice. I found the class to be quite strenuous, but the poses were manageable. I took breaks when I needed to. Not sure if it was what I ate before or the fact that I was wearing a mask, but I did not feel well afterwards. And as quickly as I started feeling unwell, I ended up being sick in the coatroom. EVERYWHERE. Like a lot. I felt SO bad (this being my first impression and all), but the staff was the absolute kindest. Everything that you could want when going through something like that. They gave me a change of clothes, a new towel, gum, water, etc. all while checking in to make sure I was feeling better and reassuring me that things like this can happen when you aren't used to practicing in a heated room. Just the best. Suffice it to say, while I am MORTIFIED of going back because it's embarassing for my soul, the staff showed me such compassion that I owe it to them (and myself!) to give it another shot. Anyway, it can only get better from here on out, right!?
