About Us
The doctors in Mt. Pleasant Medical Clinic are members of the Foothills Primary Care Network and our pleased to offer the services of Amy Lam, pharmacist and Certified Diabetic Educator, and Erica Tam, RN and Chronic Disease Nurse. Amy works on Wednesday afternoons, and Erica on Thursday afternoons.
Mt. Pleasant Medical Clinic offers liquid nitrogen treatment for warts and other skin lesions.
If you have an urgent health issue on weekends, evenings, or holidays, you can see a family physician at the Access 365 Clinic at the Riley Park site (old Grace Hospital on 14th street NW). To book an appointment, please call Health Link by dialing 811 to discuss your case with a nurse and to book an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to have my daughter seen by the doctor there after she had a cut on her head. Even though she had been there before, the doctor had no time for her. No compassion. This office is more concerned with their lunch break than any patients. Do not go to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed at this clinic. And here is my story.
I did my blood test and the clinic call me back saying the doctor needs to review the test result with me over the phone.
The appointment was at 1 pm. I waited until 3 pm and still no phone call. I end up calling the clinic back and check, they say the doctor is very busy, sometime will delate and etc, they will try text messaging him and ask.
I was very disappointed and told them people have to take certain time off session from work, and waited for the doctors for my medical results, and the reception are so unprofessional and unfriendly.
If they can't make the schedule or need to reschedule the time flame, it's actually fine, but they should call the patient and let them know. And not just let them wait for a few hours blindly. People has to work and don't just sit there.
But that being said, the doctors are good. Only the receptionist and the system needs a hugh improvement in all aspects.
Will not recommend to anyone.
