★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bryce was very professional, took the time to listen to our problem, and assured us the odour from our sectional can be successfully removed. It took a couple of hours, but odour has been eliminated from our furniture and home! I would highly recommend Mr. Steam - Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. I’m very satisfied with the thorough work. Wish I had called sooner!

I haven't been this impressed with a service like this in a very long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was moving into a new condo and needed my carpets cleaned as they were well worn and the previous owner had dogs. I tried to hire the truck mounted steam cleaners but their availability was limited and they were pricey. Phoned Mr. Steam and was given a quote that was significantly cheaper and Bryce indicated he was available within a few days. Did some research and decided that the new professional portable machines were much improved and better than the "rug doctor" set up that I envisioned. I decided to give Mr. Steam a try. Bryce was professional, on time and did a great job. I'm very happy with Mr. Steam and would highly recommend their services.

They were on time, very professional, and I'm very happy with the quality and price for the work completed. :) They also booked my job on short notice as well and added in the kids couch for free! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bryce responded to my texts very quickly and provided a very reasonable quote for the work to be done. On the day of the job him and his partner did a great job. They laid down towels and plastic barriers to protect flooring and other furniture. The carpet and couch came out incredibly clean. All stains were gone and everything looked and smelled amazing!
