Mr. Steam is a Canadian based franchise which offers steam cleaning services for carpet and upholstery.
In an effort to please each and every customer, the franchisees came together with a mission to find a product that can remove even the most stubborn stains. It's disappointing to tell a customer, "sorry, this one won't come out" so we started working with a lab to develop a product that eliminates that awkward conversation.
Admittedly, sometimes carpet can be permanently damaged, particularly if it has been dyed.
But since developing our own product, we've noticed that customers are more impressed than ever by our ability to remove stubborn stains.
