Please vacuum the carpet before our arrival. Our water extraction tool has a small opening and may be less effective if solid items block the nozzle, leaving behind excess water. Also, remember to remove any furniture and other items on the carpet so that we can perform a thorough and complete cleaning. We also prefer to clean in empty households when possible, as we find it often helps speed up the process.

He gave advice on extra products that would be beneficial to us as we have a couple of kitties that tend to scratch the carpet from time to time . He went above and beyond to let us know how we could get and apply the product ourselves if we decided not to have it done by him to help save us some money. They were very caring , attentive to detail and gave extremely good customer service. I highly recommend Urban West Carpet Cleaning and will be sure to recommend to family and friends. Price was very reasonable for the job and my carpet looks brand new and even left a nice, fresh smell once done. I couldn't be more happy with this service!
