★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just want to mention that Chris did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink. And installed plumbing under the sink. He was punctual very professional. We are so happy to have kitchen sink working again.
Also a thank you to Tammy you are very helpful and responsive.
Overall it was a great experience with you guys and it was stress free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Tanner. He is knowledgeable and very efficient and professional.
He performed effectively as he found out the problem of our furnace as like a piece of cake for him. But because the part needed was not available at that moment as it was so late at night and only one store in the city closed already so had to wait early morning. He is so nice and did everything he could to help us and gave us some helpful information how to make our furnace life longer.

Job was completed with no added costs left my house clean and tidy with no evidence that anyone was working on my sewer issues. Also gave extra information on future renovations that they could offer up. It's a fantastic company that does much more than unclogging tree roots. Their full service in the plumbing, HVAC left me with no worries. Thanks again Mr Rooter and a shout out to Chris, fantastic technician

Information was provided and solutions discussed before moving forward to either complete on that day or rescheduled for next day services. They were very friendly and pleasant to work with and could explain everything in terms that were easily understood. Another great service from Mr. Rooter. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend Mr.Rooter Plumbing, We had leakage under the toilet and it was coming on the roof I got very scared that how it would be fixed up! I looked online and from review I found out that this guys are giving great service. We had a technical named Collin, great person and very informative technician. He figured out the problem and fixed it up. There is no leakage anymore. I am living this review for the person like me who trusts reviews from google. Highly recommend! Worth the money. They are not expensive, same price range like others.

He listened to my concerns and I believe he genuinely cares about his customers. This young man knows his job and does it well. We discussed a few options, a decision was made, parts were picked up and installed. The work was done that day - very impressive. Colin did such a great job of replacing the sump pump and putting new piping in. He even cleaned everything up in the basement and gave me detailed instructions about maintenance. I am very pleased with the work and the fact that they are straight forward with you. There are no surprises. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will continue to use their services in the future.

I called at 8:30am and was able to have someone at the house that day even faster than expected. We had a guy named Collin and he was absolutely incredible!!! He made us feel comfortable and explained everything that he had to do and while he was doing it. He was open and honest with us, and wasn’t trying to hide anything from us. We have never received such incredible service from anyone like we did from Collin. Highly recommended the company.
