★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 24 hour service who replied to my 9:30 pm Xmas Eve call with water spewing all over and causing my furnace to stop working. Chad was amazing, I sent pics to him with the issues, he was able to direct me via cell phone to disconnect the humidifier, then take the panel off the furnace and set up a fan to dry the furnace out. An hour later, the furnace was working. Chad saved Xmas!!!

The techs were so friendly and informative, and Adrian not only walked me through the quote, but saved me so much money with the rebates that I didn't know anything about. These guys are truly the best. They care about their customers, follow up diligently and were incredibly clean with the install. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than a year ago, we were in situation of needing a new furnace fast; it was winter of course. Regina Plumbing & Heating was quick to get a person out to us, diagnose the problem and get us a new furnace at the most competitive rates. (I did my homework and phoned around.) Installation was within a day. Now fast forward to a few days ago and our big storm. The furnace stopped running. We thought we had a problem and RP&H sent a Tech out within 2 hours. It turned out to be our own fault. With the big storm, the air intake pipe was fully buried in snow. The furnace was fine after the snow was cleared. I remember what led me to call them last year when my old furnace broke down. It was their hilarious advertisements. You could tell they are the local, hometown company, being creative and trying to get by during a pandemic, while giving the rest of us a laugh in bad times. Their values of caring, customer service, reliability and quality permeate their operations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with this plumbing company. The technician, Tye, was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to get the replacement part for my air-to-air exchanger right away. He diagnosed the problem on Friday and was back on Monday to install the replacement part. Will definitely recommend this company to family and friends!

My furnace quit working in the cold temperatures and from the time of my call to someone at my house was only 3 hours. I ended up being able to do an SGI claim and Chris was amazing in helping me provide all the information needed to process the claim. I highly recommend Regina Plumbing and Heating!

I've dealt with other companies in the past and personally Regina plumbing has been awesome. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I woke up to no heat and called Regina Plumbing and Heating at 6:00am. I was so impressed with the quick response, and Ty was here before 8:00am to fix the motor issue with my furnace. By 9:30am I had my heat back on! Ty is a great technician - he was great to communicate with, very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Regina Plumbing and Heating to anyone, and will definitely be reaching out to them again for future services.
