The team at Budget were responsive and came out immediately. They fixed a lot of problems (stuff not up to code) with the previous installation of our old furnace and installed a new furnace properly. The installers made sure to lay down towels from the door all the way to the furnace to keep our house clean as they went in and out. After installation they explained what they did and answered my inexperienced-person questions in a way that made sense. Super friendly guys. All in all, I'm quite happy with the work that Budget completed. So far all is working flawlessly. Another awesome part was the cost was extremely reasonable - especially for an emergency install as some others were tacking on a few hundred on top of their quote for "emergency install". I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a new furnace. Thanks again all!

He was there in a few hours, fixed the issue, explained why my furnace acted the way it did, made recommendations on maintenance and filters. Always such pleasant people to deal with. Always reliable, knowledgeable, do excellent work and price is very reasonable. I've used them before and always the same great service. I highly recommend them.

Its totally over priced, Jared came with the own sump pump which I checked in a web it’s cost only $125 but for placing it out rest of the $ goes with tax. Unbelievable for not even one hour work. They should guide a customers not charge heavily. Am writing this review due to over pricing.

They only charged us for the labour, as we had provided the toilet, but they also hauled away our old toilet for no additional fee. Very friendly and excellent value. I'll definitely be calling them when it's time to replace our other toilet!

We had a different company come in first that said it would take 2 weeks to get the part because it had to come out of province. Jared came in and was able to get us the same part from a different supplier over night. He supplied us with 6 space heaters to keep the house warm over night and was back by 9 AM the following morning to install the new part to the furnace. Super friendly and professional! We couldn’t be more appreciative of how quickly he got the part in for us and installed it within a half an hour. I would definitely recommend this company!
