John came when he said he would. They were very clean and punctual. Pressure washed the main drain from the back of the house to just-before the drain enters the city sewer. Once done John ran the camera 100 feet through to show me the drain pipe had been cleaned and ready to go. It wasn’t cheap but it was fast and good.

Just had Wondy come in and repair a stuck bathroom sink flange. He was professional, quick and able to identify problem ( stemming from a bandaid job from the previous owner). Wondy fixed the problem completely. I'm very satisfied, as this was my first home and the first time I've had to call a plumbing service... A+

Wondy showed up quickly, worked efficiently, and was very friendly and professional. We had to call on a Sunday night, and he had things fixed up very quickly. Samuel belay did amazing. We had to get a shut off valve in a very tight space replaced and he did amazing. Very skilled and professional and I am outstanded that he was able to do the repair for us. He had a fire extinguisher with him in case of emergencies and made us feel much safer and comfortable while he was doing the repairs.

Technician Samuel Belay did a great job. He quickly located the problem, explained to me what he was going to do, and gave me a great price. He fixed the leak and unclogged the pipe, and brought everything up to Code. Great service and very friendly. I would definitely hire him again!

Excellent professional service provided by plumbing technician that was sent for my work. Samuel Belay was incredibly professional and got all the work done I needed right away. I called in the morning before 10am and he arrived at my home close to 1pm (which is when I was told he would be there). I called requesting work for a leaking toilet. He told me what he thought may be the issue and showed me costs for the two possible options before he started any work. Turned out I needed to have drains cleared. I also asked about new toilet seeing as old one had to be removed to assess situation. He happily agreed to install a new one. I also asked him about a leaking faucet in the kitchen. Even though it wasn't part of original request. He said it would not be difficult to replace it while he was there. Lastly, when he was turning off the water at the main, he commented on it being a really old twist tap and suggested that I should consider putting a new shut off valve in. I asked if he could do that work as well and he agreed. He went over all of the items and their costs. He signed me up as a Mr Rooter member for $99 ... but that gave me savings of over $250 on the services I was getting. Samuel was very careful while inside my home; always removing his shoes and wearing a mask while doing the work. It was such a pleasant experience getting the work I needed done by Samuel. I was working from home and did my office activities while he went about making all the repairs - with little to no interruptions (other than to show me what had been added/changed). If you need any plumbing work done, Samuel is exceptional, professional and I highly recommend using his services. Thank you Mr Rooter for your timely and professional service. I will use your services AND Samuel Belay again should I have other plumbing that needs to be done.

Samuel Belay was fast, honest and efficient. He serviced 3 of our toilets bc they all had running water noises. He replaced parts where needed and recommend a new toilet when it was clear we needed it. Also applied a Senior discount. Perfect service. Lovely personality too.
