★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New management is too expensive and not helpful at all. I have done my break last year and still good enough 70% and the owner insist me to change without that he can't give me safety. I turn to other shop and they sail break 70% life left no need to change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They completely ruined my engine and refuse to pay for it! I went to their shop to replace the spark plugs, they kept me waiting from 10 am till 12:00 pm, at around 1:40 pm, they finished installing all 6 new spark plugs. However, the moment they started the engine, it made huge knocking noise, and told me they need more time to work on the car and asked me to leave my car in their garage. The next day, they called and told me the engine was completely damaged! And they also admit that the engine ran well when I drove my car to their garage, but something unknown happened and damaged it. I changed the oil and did rustproofing about 10 days before came to change the spark plugs, I maintained my car very carefully for the past years, I know it is impossible that my engine worn out overnight. What is worse, they refuse to pay for their mistake! I am still contacting them for a solution. And I may take legal actions if necessary!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want your car broken, DO NOT COME HERE! I wish I could have given 0/5. Horrible service and they will always push you to come in first and then later, up charge you even if there is nothing wrong with your car! The owner of the shop keep convincing me to write a good review on google in exchange for some discount. Don't fall for that! You will lose more money instead of saving a penny!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This, relativity small, auto repair shop is owned by a good natured, honest Indian individual. All the mechanics as well as the manager, Mr. Varinder, are friendly and respectful to customers. Varinder is so honest that even if the dealer advises me to do some repairs or replace parts, he tells me not to worry and not to spend money, if he doesn't think so.
Their service is excellent, quite satisfying, and charges are very reasonable - not exorbitant. You can replace snow tires in just $20. Moreover, they try to minimize waiting time. I have seen many cab drivers and customers of various ethnic backgrounds trusting them.
Over all, City Auto is a reliable car repair shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First to start with owner tells people to write good reviews and he will give discounts one certain services. Also if there is no problem with car, mechanic will just add a minor problem and tell to fix very soon or it will cause major fault. And he will tell same problem everytime you go for oil change or service. Like even tho he fixed a month ago he would state the same fault.
Also when i came upfront about the situation about mechanic, the Owner said that they have to also take care of their personal interest and earn money. That doesn't give them right to create a fake fault in car and take money from customers.
Should never visit this place even they offer cheap service. Because they will find a way to rip u off by creating a new problem in ur car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Replaced our Nissans break pads and routers since ours were not functioning properly. Ever since that, the new parts started making all sorts of sounds, heat up, and smell weird. It happens every time the breaks are pressed. When we went back to sort the issue, a mechanic said that it was normal and we left. We went to a Nissan dealer and he gave us the explanation that the parts that they installed were low quality parts. We now have to change everything back to usual. I wouldn’t recommend going to them with a decent or better quality car since what you get wont be fitted to your car.
