C	Cassidy Thedorf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This plumber charged me for repairs which the previous owner of my unit had already paid for. I made the mistake of signing a blank invoice (which I assumed meant $0, as repairs had been paid for as condition of the sale of the unit). When I disputed the $300+ invoice, they phoned me numerous times threatening to put a lien on my condo, and then had a collections agency pursue me. My lawyer advised me not to pay Firenza, but I did, just to get rid of this mess (which has been ongoing for almost 6 months). I have encouraged Firenza and give the money to charity, to avoid the bad karma they are likely to ensue, but I doubt that they will. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs and have asked my building to stop recommending them to condo dwellers.
V	Vijay Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gulio is the most incompetent plumber in the entire gta. Tries to walk into the appt in his dirty winter boots, doesn’t even make an effort to knock the snow off them. Then this man was fixing the sink and instead of using a screwdriver he opens my kitchen drawers and proceeds to take a bread knife to unscrew the tap. Then he put it back in the drawer??? Nasty. I had to wash every bread knife. Then he said he had to replace countertop, didn’t have paper to take measurements, wrote on our dustpan. Came back and installed the new countertop/sink but never finished sealing it. When I confronted him about it weeks later he said “i come back many times but no one answers the door.” He never told me he was coming and never even called even though he had my cellphone number; i doubt he ever came. He got mad when I asked why he hadn’t called. Moody, Rude, Incompetent, and the sink still leaks.
V	Vance Gilbert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver's don't park where they should, I've had to complain to the head office about obstructing laneway front doors more than once; if my neighbor needs to get through with a wheelchair, it's impossible for anyone to get into their home. This discriminates against the mobility differenced community.
A	Anton Tanev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete scam, avoid them at all cost. I had a leaking facet in the kitchen. The genitor in the my building looked at the leaking and said that the facet needs replacing and suggested I call Firenza Plumbing. I called and made arrangements for them to come and the person on the phone said that I don’t need to buy a facet in advance as their plumbers already have some with them. The plumber came, said that the facet needs replacing, that he does not have any with him, that we need to buy one and call to arrange another visit. Exactly what we did but in the meantime, I noticed that I was charged a ‘consultation fee’ of $138 for absolutely no service provided to me. Avoid this company at all costs - dishonesty and complete lack of transparency...It appears from the poor ratings and comments from previous clients, I see that I am not the only one suffering from this company’s poor business practices. I only wish that I checked these ratings and comments before we engaged them to help us fix the leaking...don’t do the same mistake.

They charged me for a visit where their plumber was not prepared and had to leave after a few minutes. 2. They charged me for PPE that the employee didn't want to wear inside my home. $10 for a mask x 2. That is theivery. 3. Not knowing who to charge despite payment instruction 4. Their policy instructs their plumbers to leave a hole in people's walls without thought nor recommendation of how to fix this.

I said I wasn't comfortable giving that information over the phone, but I would be happy to do it during the visit. He said that it was the company policy and I should find another company. He was super rude. Hope he learns how to deal with costumers...

Carmen arrived and promptly located the problem and fixed it in no time. He put my daughter at ease and explained what had happened. I highly recommend Firenza and especially Carmen for any plumbing problems.
