They were not able to install the panel during the first visit, but came back well equipped the second time. Highly recommend using their service since they have reasonable price and also very responsive when contacted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scheduled a virtual session with a "man with a wrench", Alex, and discussed the fridge issue. they provided guidance and solution over the phone as well as checking on part and quote. quote was needed for the warranty purposes first before start of repair. their service is great and definitely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Miele dishwasher stopped working a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to troubleshoot what part might have failed and work through that issue before considering buying a new dishwasher. I tried to figure some of it out on my own but couldn't make a complete determination so I called Man With a Wrench and Alex was fantastic - he talked me through a few simple tests via a video call and was able to isolate the issue quickly which in the end saved me a ton of money. I was able to my dishwasher back up and running with a simple part replacement. I would recommend Man with a Wrench to anyone looking for professional and honest help with appliance issues.

Just before the pandemic, in early 2020 the internal temperature in my Kitchenaid refrigerator would rise intermittently but the symptoms were not consistent. The refrigerator was 10 years old and GTA appliance suppliers assured me that the unit was at end of life and should be replaced. "Repairs would be as expensive as a new refrigerator" was the common refrain. A new replacement refrigerator was approximately $3400.
I called Man with a Wrench for a repair assessment and to book a visit. When I spoke with the repair tech, he explained that they were backed up for a few days and couldn't respond immediately. He was gracious and very apologetic and since he couldn't come immediately he offered an alternative. He asked if I was handy and since my answer was yes, he proceeded to diagnose the problem with me over the phone and recommended repair parts and the supplier for the parts. I picked up a relay for the fridge (~$70) and installed it in 20 minutes. The fridge is still working like new over two years later.
Thank you Man with a Wrench! Honest and selfless response for a needy customer.

From our initial conversation, I knew I was dealing with a good guy that really knows his stuff—so friendly and knowledgeable. I was relieved I found the right company to diagnose my washer’s leak, without being worried about sketchy tactics I’ve experienced in the past by others.
He was courteous, accommodating and reliable, and successful in diagnosing the problem, and solution. His rate was very reasonable—generous even.
