Each day, organizations and communities from all over Canada contact us about their needs for wheelchair accessible vehicles and mobile medical vans. However, this does not mean we are a good fit for everyone. Our client partners come from a wide range of industries, including adult day care programs, Indigenous communities, public transit agencies, public health authorities, outreach support services, and more.

To help you determine if you should contact us about your accessible vehicle needs, we have made a list of the types of wheelchair van and mobile medical van projects we do not specialize in.

We are not a good fit for you if:

Your only concern is the lowest cost.

Our team of mobility vehicle experts and engineers are committed to providing you reliable, safe accessible vehicle options. While we respect that organizations have different funding structures and that budgets are important, we believe that your passengers’ safety, accessibility, and mobility are worth investing in. If you are looking for the lowest cost accessible van, we may not be the best fit for you.

You are only interested in large, cutaway buses.

In the past, mobility transportation providers relied on large, heavy duty, heavily modified buses for their fleet. We are passionate about bringing the most modern, efficient vehicles to market and do this by focusing our innovations on Euro-style ‘van’ vehicles. If you are looking for a large cutaway bus with 12+ passenger capacity and are not open to other options, we may not have a vehicle that fits your needs.

You want to buy an accessible van from a “dealership”.

Traditional vehicle dealerships are often focused on winning business instead of caring for their clients’ needs. MoveMobility is a manufacturer, not a traditional vehicle dealership, therefore the vehicle purchase process is different. We have conversations about your decision making, budgets, fears, challenges, and goals. If you are not willing to invest time and resources into these conversations to identify the right vehicle for your vehicle needs, we may not be the best fit for you.

You are not located near our facilities and your organization only buys locally.

Due to the geographical size and population distribution of our country, we work with clients in every Canadian province. We’re centrally located in Winnipeg, MB and Mississauga, ON and provide sales and service to our clients regardless of their location. Our clients enjoy their own, personal virtual walkthrough demonstrations. However, if your organization is not interested in working with a Canadian manufacturer or learning about vehicle options that are unique to MoveMobility, we may not be the best fit for you.
