Friendly atmosphere, I called ahead of time to look at a truck & they had it ready for. Unfortunately I was not able to follow through with the purchase but will go back to them if the opportunity arises. Summer Ricketts was friendly & help throughout.

UPDATE ON MY REVIEW: MY Review wasn't well liked by the dealership. In my Review I was.honest. And the response to it from them was email use or phone. Well I went to them in-person. Make story short. After conversing back and forth. They were not interested in paying for the key ,block heater or the full wheel alignment. Told me because I was negative in my review, there would not be any help. So what ? Being honest is not to there liking, that would mean I would have to lie, and say it was a fantabulous experience. Hmm. Not gonna happen. Reviews are here to let the public know the customers experience.

Bought a brand new 2022 jeep grand Cherokee L. Received a very great service from kelvin and summer. I was able to secure this car over the phone and picked up the car in two days. Definitely recommend if anybody from Winnipeg just like me to make a trip to Sekirk and see these guys as they will definitely help you out.

Bought 2020 Hyundai Tucson from here on December 4th 2021. Sales person Lawrence Smith. He was pleasant on the sale. ( of course. It was a sale). Then he got the tire well plastic covering replaced. All was ok. BUT. When I got the Tucson. I was expecting the spare key ?. He didn't have it,and with talking to him, agreed and said I wanted a second key. Now it gets to be Bad Experience. Brought my car home and to my surprise. I was gonna find the cord to plug my car in. NO BLOCK HEATER. AND seen that the radiator fluid was Below the add level. Upset ?. I Brought car back got it filled. I didn't have the proper fluid for it,so had to get them to do it. Lawrence gave me the rest of the fluid. Nice . So on that day asked why that wasn't looked at as part of the safety. Got a mickey mouse answer. Then asked why I wasn't told about No BLOCK heater. Make things short arranged for one to be put in. And still waiting for a second key ? for the Tucson. Ok . So days later got the call they had a block heater and got a key for it. Was told it would take couple of hours for heater and a bit to code the key. So brought the car in on the 22nd of December 2021. I was never so upset ?.. They didn't put Block heater in,they put an oil pan heater in.And the key was a standard key, that never had to be coded. That was not the proper key either, was not a remote key. Just a standard key ? . This all could have been a great experience if Lawrence would disclosed all on the date purchased. We would have lowered our paying price. Or he could have offered to lower the price and we could have went to Hyundai and got it done, and the price taken off of the sale price. Good News though phoned Hyundai. That same day. After being so upset. Hyundai gave use a quick appointment to get bock heater and key ? that belongs to this car,coded and all. That was awesome. Selkirk Chrysler could have made my experience way better. Took Hyundai 6 days to do this. And took Selkirk Chrysler from the 4th of December till the 22nd to not get the important things done,or done,but not to my specific requests. They cheaped out. Hoping I would be quiet or I would be satisfied. But I am not happy with the way this was done. Full disclosure would have been nice on the sale of this Tucson.

Purchase a truck from here 7 months ago with a written agreement that the rocker panels were to be redone as they were rusted through. they sent the vehicle out to redo the rockers and paint match which held up great until seven months until I washed the truck and all the paint flakes off of it. no primer was used or any scuffing of the new rocker panel to help the paint hold.as you can see in the snow drops of rust they just covered up the rusted rocker panel and put a Band-Aid on it. contacted them and there is nothing further they're willing to do or help out in the situation. After they kindly asked me to reach out to Discuss this matter further. Response was no warranty . {added picture of the reply) guess there just trying to look like they helped me out with that replay so it looks good to others. Kind of sad really. called into the dealership and spoke to a helpful girl named Amanda , then she passed onto Andrew the sales manager after talking to him on the phone a while he was going to talk to the owner untill i mentioned the google review i left , now he is not willing to do anything at all for his customer myself. now that I've left a bad review he said had I not left a bad review he would have stepped up and compensated me. then started being rude and accusing me of recording our phone conversations as a blackmail tactic . like where do they hire these people from ?
