★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I called the dealership I ended up speaking to Matt about a Honda Hybrid my husband and I were desperate to see.
We live outside the city and needed a fuel efficient vehicle ASAP.
We wouldn't be in until later that evening so I asked to put a deposit on the vehicle. When we found out we couldn't make it in that evening to see the vehicle, I called and asked if the deposit could hold the vehicle for 1 more day.
They came back with a fair and reasonable offer and we accepted.
Later that evening we found out we were expecting baby number two!!! So not the time to be buying a new vehicle...
When I called and explained to Matt the reason why we wouldn't be coming in, all I got in return were congratulations and a very kind conversation.
He offered to send the refund for the deposit the next morning and that's exactly what he did.
We were treated with such great respect and kindness I have little doubt we will be back to purchase a new hybrid or electric vehicle.... In about 9 months! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big thank you to Justin!! He is AMAZING! We bought a pre-owned Grand design TT and Justin took a good 2 hours to help walk us through the fundamentals of owning an RV. We are so impressed by how friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable he is! I have to say not many dealers care about their customers as they do. He knows everything about RV and took the time to explain all the details in/out of the trailer and answer all of our questions. As he said, we gave our lives in his hand, he has to make sure we know all the safety measures before hitting the road.
Cannot wait for the new journey!
