R	Regina Grishko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am absolutely disappointed in this company and their lack of professionalism in relation to customer service. I made a call on May 25 to book their service. We agreed on having 3 guys help us on June 20. We happily marked it in our Google calendar, thinking it was a done deal. Well, we were wrong. We phoned in today (June 19) to confirm if they are still coming and the representative replies: "Guys, do you have an email from us with a quote? If not, then you can't possibly be my customers" Turns out they never followed up with us to actually provide that quote. Very unprofessional. (We've only had to move once before and trusted the company to be there for our move without having to check on them). To add here (maybe it rings a bell?), we vividly remember how we were spelling out the street name for them - Cotoneaster and how painful it was to do so. Hey, maybe it's our accents, but I'm sure it wasn't bad enough for them to hear "B's" in that name. The name Almas wasn't easy for them either. I can't quite recommend this company. While forgetting to finalize our order after the conversation is bad enough, they could have at least apologized and offered some kind of solution. No, nothing like that - they are fully booked and they couldn't care less. That said, we can't judge their moving skills. Only their management and customer service skills are being reviewed. **Bonus star for Nick trying to defend their position and remaining calm throughout our conversation.
D	Daimi GD Channel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this company came to our house a week before our move to take a look at what we had to move, and give us an estimate. My boyfriend and I clearly told him. Not everything you see here right now will be here when your guys came here on Monday. As a matter or fact we moved 80% of our stuff with help of friends and two of my employees. The day before our move my boyfriend told him that we had moved almost everything as we told him days ago. The owner got mad because there were not much work left, but we clearly told him so a week before. Well . Some how he sent 5 guys the day of the move. Even though my boyfriend told him we were not going to need so many guys. We got charged almost $300/h for 5 we didn’t need at all. The owner charged us $1600 for 6 hours of work but the guys worked only 4 hours. Just because he thought he had a big job with us and ended up being a small Job. But we told him ahead of time we will move most of our stuff. So if you are thinking on hiring this company think before you do it. I do not recommend them at all . I believe they are Scam.

Derek and Kirk (Curt?) did wonderful. Big kudos to them, if I ever need moving services in the future I'll be going with them. Also Nicky was very nice and fun to talk to when I booked the movers. A+++

The owner of moveco was old school and came to check out our house ahead of time to asses the move, and was great as well. Very highly recommended!! Will use them again for future moves without second thought.

Thank you Nick, Derek & Jeff for being professionals and making a tough move so much more enjoyable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Moveco Moves!!!

You always hold your breath on moving day until you see who will be showing up at your door. Suffice it to say I will never use another moving company as long as I live in BC and Nick and Derek are still doing their thing. Nick, Derek, and the crew are pros all the way down the line. Great communication. Upfront pricing. Punctual. And super hard working!!!! If you are even on the fence about who to use, don't be. Call them. You will not be sorry.

Nick, came out in advance, gave me a quote and gave tips on packing etc. None of the other companies I called did that. The movers, Kirk, Kyle and Derek were great, they were on time, even called beforehand to let me know they were on their way. They were professional, very nice men. They worked hard to make sure everything was done carefully and not a thing was damaged, took great care of my things. I had large potted outdoor plants that were very heavy and made sure they didn't get damaged. I would definitely use this company for any other moves and would recommend them highly!

Nick and the boys could not be more professional, careful, prompt, and just overall awesome. They are great to have around, very informative when you have questions, efficient at the moving/loading and kind. Nick will always give you a fair and accurate quote. 100% recommended!
