★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family had an amazing stay this summer at Mountainview. This was my eighth time visiting Manitoulin Island, and this resort was by far my favorite place to stay. The cottages are extremely clean, the hosts warm and welcoming, and the location is unmatched in terms of beauty, tranquility and things to do. An ideal destination for any person, people or family that wants a nice natural, quiet retreat.

Setting peaceful and scenic - visits from ducks, birds and deer - wonderful night sky. Hosts Leanne and Rob friendly and efficient.
Great place for September vacation. Hope to return next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This resort is one of the best on the island. I have only been there 3 summers now and this year was the first I brought my newborn baby and he loved it. The fresh air the cottages the beach. The owners are very nice they bend over backward to make you happy. I look forward to many more years and bringing Logan to show him more of the island when we grows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mountain view resort is an idyllic vacation resort! We have been staying there for 4 summers and are going back up for our 5th trip in the fall! The resort is very well maintained both on the grounds and within the cottages! Since we have started staying there more and more families are vacationing at this resort! It is still very quiet and peaceful resort! Driving down the road to the cottage area you know that they take pride in the resort! The property is so clean and maintained and when you stop at the office you are met with two huge smiles and a warm welcome from the owners Rob and Leanne! They make you feel like you are visiting family and we look forward to seeing them on our vacation! When you enter the cottage you can tell it has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected! It is so nice to enter a cottage and just be able to unpack and know it is the start to a great vacation! Honestly we love going up there every year for the amazing service, warm reception and all around best view on the island! The owners go above and beyond to ensure your vacation is amazing! We love our vacation and can’t wait to go back up to the resort to see Rob and Leanne!
