We contacted Mountain Ridge for our repair needs and found the service from reception to technician to be very professional as he spoke at length until the concepts were understood. However, less than a year later the same issue reoccured. We emailed Mountain with our concerns, admittedly with some displaced emotion, and had a response incredibly fast and a site visit the next day. We also learned that there is a one-year warranty on labour and they stand behind their work. Although it sounds like we will need a new unit because there is a leak that probably dates back to the original install, we appreciate the professionalism and good service. Thank you.

He gave us an accurate, fair estimate and completed the work very well and in a timely manner. He even did a did a few extra things and have me some helpful advice for the rest of the work. Any time he was here he was professional, clean and friendly. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

He was very honest and showed photos of before and after so I would understand what he took care of. We have used another company in the past for our yearly checks and they were in and out in about 20 minutes with us having no idea what exactly they did. Robin spent nearly an hour checking and cleaning the furnace, making sure it was ready for the season, and provided us a detailed list of what was checked and cleaned. The staff at this company are knowledgeable, friendly, and so helpful that it made this yearly chore enjoyable. Now we can turn our furnace on with confidence!

My first point of contact was Sherri, who was helpful and ensured that a part was expedited and dispatched . Robin was the technician who was assigned for the repair. He was punctual , patient , knowledgeable, and explained everything to us.The repair was not as straightforward as anticipated , but Sherri did her utmost to track down the extra parts needed and within a few days the repair was completed. Experience and great customer service, all delivered at a very reasonable price earn my 5 star rating!

They respond super quick, the work they complete is outstanding. Kent and his team truly went above and beyond completing our gas installation on our patio to accommodate a natural gas BBQ , and our patio table. What we like the most is how clean, professional, and great it looks, and when they left the space it was very clean and tidy. My husband works in the industry himself as Service manager, he was blown away. They even invested him to come in and show him around there new shop. Mountain Ridge performed wonderfully from assessing our needs, discussing options and eventually installing central air, a new high efficiency furnace, a new air filtration system and a tankless hot water system. Their estimated cost was reasonable and there was no attempt to upsell us on any products. Sherri, their Operations Manager, kept us up to date on timelines, explained our rebate entitlements (and how to get them) and even registered our products for warranty purposes. Kent and his installation team were very professional, completed their work quickly, and took time to explain what we needed to know about the various components and to answer all our questions. We are extremely pleased with the result.
