Run through some of the common problems over the phone with us to try and save us the service call. Fit us into their busy schedule, called us back to update on service ETA. Had us back up and running quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Thank you.

Hello I have been getting service since I bought the furnace and heat pump from Costco 10 years or so. Only for a few years I didn’t use Coleman due to mixup with companies. Very happy to back with Coleman. Brian the technician who comes for service is one word Awesome! He is a wonderful representative for this company. Coleman Heating deserves zero stars! They have shown no viable work performance and even worse customer service. When I tried to schedule an appointment because our heater was not working, it took 3 calls before I actually spoke to someone. It then took 2 more calls to get an appointment. Not surprisingly, no one showed up for the appointment. After numerous calls again to try and reschedule, I decided to go with a different company. The problem was then discovered and the part was to be replaced under warranty. The labour was also under warranty but Coleman Heating said they wouldn't do it because they were too busy for me. This is a perfect example of the lack of integrity with Coleman Heating. I will never recommend them and feel customers should be wary of Coleman Heating's conduct if something goes wrong with their work.

I had Coleman replace the water heater in my house in Vancouver and I had them check my Lennox gas furnace. The water tank was installed for a fair price by a friendly, knowledgeable technician who did a nice neat job, unlike person that had installed the old tank. Coleman had installed the furnace 11 years ago. The technician discovered that the furnace's heat exchanger was rusting and that it needed to be replaced. Coleman told me part was covered by warranty but that I had to pay the cost of labour to replace the part. They fixed my furnace for a reasonable price. Highly recommend Coleman Heating.

Jeff and his team came to our rescue this summer and installed a game-changing air conditioning system for our home in Pitt Meadows! Excellent pricing, punctual and polite, hard to beat this kind of service. We will for sure be using Coleman Heating & Air Conditioning again for our other heating and maintenance needs too. We used this Coleman in October 2020 to replace our furnace and to install a hot water on demand system at our recently bought house, I called them back last week to replace the old A/C unit. very reasonable company and they don't try to up sell you on different product. the crew is very professional and do a great job of cleaning up after themselves. very informative and knowledgeable when I asked Jeff about adding more heating vents to my basement and giving me a price on the work he told me I didn't need to add more heat I needed to add a return as the cold air wasn't being removed in order to bring the hot air down, I was happy to hear that and asked him to price that out for me then, once finished with the new A/C unit I paid the agreed upon price no extras charged and Jeff informed me that he went ahead and cut a return hole for me at no charge I just needed it install a grate over it. We will definitely be recommending this company to everyone who asks.

We are so happy to have our gas furnace replaced by Coleman Heating. From the first phone call to completion of the job, we were satisfied every step of the way. They were quick, professional and efficient. Our gas furnace stopped working in this Vancouver’s record cold end of year 2021; I called two other heating companies, but was left unsatisfied. When I called Coleman Heating, Sharon gave me the warmest answer, told me that the technician will come to my place in few hours after he finishes his Vancouver’s job. Technician Sean came in and diagnosed the furnace, gave the fix options: the lead-time and costs for either replace the heat exchange or replace furnace. We went for the replacement furnace option. Technician William came in to install new furnace: Set new furnace in place, gas piping, sheetmetal ducting, PVC piping, electrical wiring …. did them all by himself. I (a retired Mechanical Engineer) really enjoyed watching him work. He did job efficiently, with professional tools as well, and kept his work site neat and clean. He did great job! Late that day (new year’s eve) I found the condensation water pump has an issue. Called Coleman Heating, technician William heard this issue and decided to come over right away. Minute later Jeff, the owner of Coleman Heating called and let me know that William was on his way. I’m very thankful they responded so quick. William came from Mission all the way to Richmond and fixed the issue in 5 minutes. Outstanding service! Now we have a warm house! Thank you so much to the Coleman heating team. Happy New Year!
