★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two fellows that delivered the cloud chair for my husband were so good. They explained every thing to him and then showed him how everything worked with him sitting on it.Nothing was too much trouble. They made sure he understood everything before they left. I was really impressed. And yes the chair is just what he needed as he has a hard time getting out of a regular chair. He uses the vibrate rand the heater every day. He is inpressed with it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service. The young female employee was very patient, kindhearted and very informative. They have a great selection of stock and a beautifully laid out store. Although my only complaint is they do not have an automatic door, BUT the young woman got to the door before I did so she could hold the door open and welcome me in. I am very impressed, 5 star service.

I called for appointment, brought my scooter in from Lillooet (2 hour trip), left if for two hours, got a call regarding needed repairs, authorized same and picked up repaired scooter. Total time in shop was less than 3 hours. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. I am more than pleased and already talked to others in Lillooet about how great the service was. 5 stars are not high enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These fellows came to my rescue today as our Wheelchair lift suddenly stopped. Needless to say , we needed help. They got it up and running very quickly. The team were very polite and confident in their abilities. I HIGHLY recommend the People of Mountain Medical. They are very courteous and Highly Knowledgeable. Not to mention Rapid Repair Service Team. Job WELL DONE. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service from the young woman at Mountain Med. I entered the store with hesitation, knowing my Dad had not accepted the fact that he required a mobility scooter after losing his drivers license. She was very calm and easy to talk to (she even stood there and listened to my Dad's stories from 40 years ago).
The staff was very informative with all the options my Dad would have. The service man even came out to show him some of the specs of the scooter, my Dad being a "motor man", he had many questions and they were able to answer every question he had, which made him very happy.
All in all I am extremely pleased with the service we received. I know this was not a quick in and out visit, but my Dad is very happy with his new mobility scooter. I am also very happy knowing there is a business in Kamloops that actually takes the time to listen to their customers and help them improve their customers quality of life.
I believe the young woman's name is Kyla, she is fantastic, I highly recommend Mountain Med if you are considering any kind of medical products for yourself or your family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a recliner chair with lift. The ladies at Mountain Medical gave me excellent information on the chairs they have. I wanted a chair with massage and heat included, but I needed it within a week. The chair I got, while it doesn't have massage and heat (would have exceeded the time period I needed it in), is rated for my size and has a seven year warranty. Plus there is an separate massage pad available, and the chair is a sleep chair. The ladies showed me the options and while I didn't get all the bells and whistles I wanted, the chair I got fills the bill for me. The ladies at Mountain Medical are very knowledgeable and patient and answered all my questions. I am very happy to recommend them for any mobility needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lied to my mother about a warranty claim - charging her for delivery of a replacement product they said would be delivered for free. Markup on another product was 200% as they left the invoice from the supplier in the packaging. You deserve your terrible reputation.
