Last week I purchased $80 in product, then realized I had ordered the wrong size.
Next day I called and could not get an answer so emailed them with my problem. To date NO RESPONSE.
April 20 I phoned and left a message for someone to PLEASE respond to my email. To date, NOTHING.
Now I have to resort to purchasing it a second time, this time from a reputable company. A costly lesson dealing with Delta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live about and hour away from Kamloops. I ordered a sprinkler head in the spring. I was able to connect with a person and they shipped out to me. A few weeks later I had another head go. It was on a weekend, so I called and left a detailed message. I also sent a detailed email and referenced my phone message as well. Nobody responded to either mode of communication. I guess they cannot be bothered with small retail stuff. Well, what bothers me is when business’ do not respond . I would rather they tell me they cannot help me. I prefer to shop local, even though with shipping it cost me more. In this case I went to Amazon and ordered a bulk set of four Rainbird heads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having issues with my irratrol controller and I was able to phone in and be assisted over the phone with troubleshooting. When it couldn't be fixed, they asked me to bring it in for potential warranty. Even though I was in a sticky situation with the installer going out of business and I didn't have proof of purchase, they were able to provide AMAZING customer service and helped me out right away with a warrantable replacement. Whole experience was quick and very customer service oriented. A huge thank you to Delta for your help. I wish I could remember the woman's name (Tammy maybe??) As she deserves a big shout out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our manufactured home community, situated on the Duck Lake Reserve in British Columbia, had concerning issues with Manganese levels and Sulphur odor. The manganese level was substantially above recommended guidelines as potable water for children. A call to Jamie O'Neil at Delta Irrigation in Kamloops was the magic as he pinpointed changes to our treatment protocols and system. We no longer have any issues and our water tests now consistently return well below published Health Canada Standards. We highly recommend Jamie and the team at Delta. They will be with you all the way and all the follow up you require will never be too much trouble for them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delta Products are overprice compare to Andrew Sherett and some other online irrigation stores. I would recommend to compare the price first before placing order. Also, you can't see delta products pricing online, this is horrible system in this era.

JAMIE took the time to sit down with me and sold me only what I needed to get our existing system running again, saving us over $11,000. ($12,000 was quoted to us by another irragation company) We HIGHLY recommend this company!!!
