Great as always. Leeloo has grown alot and despite her size they were gentle and got her exactly what she needed to get better.

Dr Aziz and his team of wonderful ladies treated my cat Leo on several occasions. Highly recommend this clinic for your pets!

While I only visited to euthanize my best friend Kodi, they were patient, empathetic and loving towards us and Kodi. Dr Aziz did a wonderful job and ensured Kodi was pain free. Thank you.

I just received my memory from sharing my experience at this horrible veterinarian clinic on Facebook one year ago. I took my beloved chihuahua jack Russell pug mix to be put down as it was her time.to leave us. I had very limited options because covid had everything backed up to the point where I had to book weeks in advance for this day for my fur baby. Under her circumstances she could have good days and bad days and I couldn't predict or schedule a day so it was more of a 24 hrs notice type of situation. When I arrived the "vet tech" took my dog from me with the grip of death the tech held her so tightly it was alarming as my arm was actually still holding my dog and I couldn't understand why they were holding this little dog so tightly. .. then they took Bella into another room where they proceeded to muzzle her and pin her down on a table to insert the catheter before euthanising her. I heard bella moaning and crying and struggling for her life to the point I stormed out of the room they had me waiting in and I went to check on her. I saw the college level vet tech quickly remove the muzzle from my baby and hide it behind their back. I was so shaken up I wish I just took my dog and left. This awful horrible veterinarian let college kids practice inserting the catheter into my dog. They caused her pain. She was blind and so scared and I was in shock. Once they brought Bella to me she was basically gone already and the vet tried saying it was because she was suffering and ready to go. My dog didnt suffer until the day I brought her to this horrendous unprofessional crock of a vet clinic the abrasion on her leg after the bandage was removed was proof in itself that they had caused tremendous damage and pain to my baby girl. Even the after care worker said it was a terrible situation. And the after care I gave my dog was at a very reputable and caring place. I highly recommend you do not ever ever use this vet clinic. I just wanted to remind them that I will write this review and share this memory each year when I think of the unpleasant disgusting services they provided my poor poor beloved Bella. R.I.P beewa mommy didn't know that would happen and I'm so so sorry. I'll never be the same.

I am very happy with this Veterinary Hospital. The veterinarian saw us with less than a half hour's notice. He was very kind and detailed when explaining my dog's condition and answered all of my questions. He was very good with our furbaby and patient with the entire process. I highly recommend Mount Albert Veterinary Clinic. We have found our forever vet for our furbaby♡

Called today last minute, my elderly dog has a bladder infection, but our vet was booked for a week and couldn’t take us. My experience today from the phone call booking to meeting the Doctor and his assistant was wonderful! Highly recommend. They have a great set up for covid where you can stand at the window right beside the examining table, so you can see what’s going on, while still being able to reassure your pet.

I recently brought my 3 year old Lab to this clinic, as he was not feeling well and my vet in Keswick is rarely accessible. The Mount Albert clinic was able to book a visitation with Dr Aziz that day, which I was very grateful for. Dr Aziz was professional and compassionate with my Lab and respectively with me as I was anxious and stressed. We were able to work out an affordable solution and determine a plan for my Lab's treatment. Dr Aziz is wonderful and I would highly recommend him and his courteous staff.
