The staff answered phone calls quickly, got me in fast, and the follow up from the vet really made me feel like my gecko was being treated by the best possible people. I was terrified for the bill as I didn’t know what to expect and I was so relieved that it was a reasonable amount. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Although the initial procedure was done that I had asked for my animal, the customer service was questionable, take that as you will. The veterinarian talked to me on the phone and ended up mixing up my animal with someone else’s that was there that same day, and then tried to foot me the same price for a completely different (and much less costly) procedure than they told me.
I also do not understand how someone mixes up an animal with somebody else’s, and still gives the same quote for the cost of the service. When I called to make the initial appointment, the receptionist also gave me a different quote as well. Quite disappointed with that.
Most likely won’t be taking my animal back to this clinic, wish I would’ve done more research before taking my animal in to have their procedure done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is long overdue, as my dog passed away March '21, but I was only expecting 6 years with Tico due to the medical conditions he was born with. Thanks to Dr. Bardutz, he lived on for 12 years full of adventure and exploration and I can't thank the team at Gardiner Park Animal Hospital enough for making that happen. The staff has always been friendly, and it's obvious that Dr. Bardutz cares so much about our pets. I've brought Tico here since he was a pup, and I wouldn't have done it any other way. Thank you Dr. Bardutz for your guidance throughout the years! Your services in our city are very much appreciated.
