Breakfast was adequate: they had boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, croissant, toast, bagels, cream cheese, jams, coffee, tea and juices.

k	kathy middleton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to stay. Very expensive. Bathrooms are dirty. Roo. It self was clean. Was told by front desk that it would sleep three no problem. NOT TRUE!! My Granddaughter and up sleeping on the floor. There was no sofa like we were told. Only two children size chairs. It was over $200. A night. The floor in the bathroom was really gross. I checked in at 3 am. Or we would have left right there and then. The out for pool we saw the next morning. It was not useable. It had a lock on it. There was suff floating in it. The staff that night we not helpful at all. Oh she did bring up one extra blanket for the granddaughter to sleep on. THANK GOD WE HAVE BROUGHT OUR OWN BEDDING!!!!Wouldn't go back there if it was free..

The WiFi is weak if you are in a room that is quite a distance from the office which is understandable - - this motel is on a very large lot. Our room was really spacious and has nice decor. There are some television stations to choose from, not a lot. The staff were totally amazing. Staying there over the Family Day weekend (which was brutally cold) it was nice to have individually controlled heat. There is not a doubt in our minds that the customer service we received was fabulous.

Rooms were fine. 100$ deposit needed, I paid for it, and upon the time of the return of the deposit they came up with some random fake reason not to return it. Come to find out they also did this to two other rooms our friends were staying in. We had left several items including watches drinks shoes and several other items. After calling we were told that they found nothing. Don’t expect your deposit back, they’re clearly low on money and customers for having to steal deposits from students. Better off to stay in a box on the side of the road rather then get robbed.

Learned in the morning that there was 3 other suite with all working. That night she then proceeded to call pass 11h pm to insist i go back to the lobby because she forgot to have me fill stuff Wedding anniversay ruined Travel 60 days a year for work for 20 years Never had a worste experience in a hotel the only positive is that the room was clean EDIT: well it took 3 weeks for the owner to get back to me , that really shows customer service priority and offered me a 30% discount on the next visit , considering I paid double the price for the room for extra that was not working . The picture on his site is not the room you are going to get either .

Has been redone but a bit noisy probably because its all tiled which is much healthier. Couldn't connect to WIFI which was fine. Lots of restaurants nearby. Went to Mikes in plaza and they were very friendly and food was good. Breakfast was great at at Montcalm. Yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, croissants, fruit. Apples were awesome! Staff was awesome and helped us even though we don't speak French! Ottawa and Quebec are awesome in the fall for viewing colors of the trees!! My favorite time of year!!
