★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything you're looking for in a motel. Clean and large rooms with parking right outside the door, perfect for families. Hosts are very hospitable. I had a small issue with the bathtub plug and it was fixed within a minute. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad place to stay if you're just looking for a place to sleep. Small rooms very quiet Motel very small parking lot I found the person at the front desk in the morning was quite crabby. The gentleman that was there when I checked in was very laid-back well-mannered and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a 1 night stay, cancelled by mistake from Expedia. Hotel still charged me the full price. Expedia tried with the motel twice to re-instate, or reschedule the booking and the Motel refused. I called twice and left a voice mail, they never answered. Very poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a night with my wife and kid. We spent a night here as we were coming from Toronto and had to visit Parc Omega next day. Didn’t get chance to meet the front desk as we arrived late and there is no staff after 9pm. The staff called me to let me know that when i arrive at night I’ll have to collect key on my own from a lock box right outside reception, instructions provided along with pictures were super easy to follow. Btw in case of emergency staff is available anytime at night and you have to call a certain number (which will be provided) but they charge $30 plus tax for this service.
Overall the place was extremely clean and tidy. I had a wonderful experience, would love to stay again.
