..disappointed... Dimly lit halls and rooms..spa jets very weak and no benefit.. may as well have sat in a tub with hot water as I wouldve got more out of it..paid the extra bucks for nice place with pool etc but was very disappointed..beds were comfy though and location very handy..for these reasons I give a 3/5..wont be back and don't recommend it

Positive: Staff was courteous and helpful. Very professional. Negative: It's in need of a major renovation. Very dark in hallways and room looks like it was nice 20 years ago. A lot of competition in that price range.

Great place and great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great pool and the rooms are comfortable. Will go back if in Sherbrooke again. Recommend to everyone for long or short stays.

The hotel room itself was fine and the staff was very accommodating. However throughout my stay, an alarm bell continuously went off at random times throughout the night. This was very annoying and I kept notifying the hotel staff, who continually had to find someone to turn it off. There was no long term solution to this problem, which really dampened the stay.

Friendly service on check-in and checkout. Not impressed with the 1990s feeling $200 security deposit. I've stayed in many, many hotels and can't recall having to do this elsewhere in at least 20 years. Happy to say that it was promptly credited after my departure as promised. Unfortunately the (long-term?) guests below our room would sit outside and smoke, so we couldn't keep the door open on a nice summer evening, and it seeped in a bit through the air conditioning unit. Not exactly the hotel's fault. Maybe make the entire property smoke free? Not likely. Clean and quiet room. Bed was fine. Common areas were pretty dimly lit. WiFi was fine for phone, but my laptop couldn't connect regardless of what I tried, and has never been a problem in any other hotel. That alone is reason enough for me to not return, but all together I just wasn't feeling it.

Super impressed with everyone there. You feel welcomed. Lots of close parking. Big pool. Clean rooms. Great location, you're close to everything.

2021 December 3.5★ Close enough to their advertised 4★ but just shy of it. A majestic looking front as the large sign and the hotel just located above a hill. Drive in and there's a covered overhang at the front door. Wheel chair and handicap accessible. Walk into the lobby and you'll be greeted by the attendant. They require a $200 deposit in case something happens. At the lobby, there's a clear view of the pool just below. The pool is a decent size and a jacuzzi that was out of order at time of writing. There's also a table with a computer which you can use if needed. I'm sure this hotel could've been considered amazing a few years back, but it is a bit dated. Interiors are from the early 2000s and some modernization will certainly help. They do work on a key card system for their room doors, so this part is at least modern. The carpets are old and you can tell it's worn. The elevator again is old. You can tell based on the plastic rounded buttons. Step into the room and you'll find the things are arranged neatly with the bed made up nicely tucked. Looking around, the room is clean. The washroom is clean. Again a bit old, but not terribly worn down. The bed was ok. Not lumpy nor hard. You'll get a bit of noise from the in room mini fridge and the HVAC system when it's on. It's not too noisy. While it is a bit dated, it's not bad. Most importantly it's clean. The in room, the heating/cooling HVAC system takes air from outdoors. There's a sliding door with a Juliette balcony. I would recommend being on the second or third floor and facing towards the back as there's fresher air and you don't need the noise from the parking area, nor the exhaust from the cars. This hotel is 3 storeys and has long hallways. Plenty of parking on the sides. Location - great! close to downtown and ski hills Service - ok. Clean? Yes. Useful Amenities: Washroom has a hair dryer. Free Wi-Fi in the building. Room has a TV and a mini fridge. Pool. Jacuzzi. Would I recommend? If your looking for a hotel with a pool and a jacuzzi and don't mind it looking a bit old, then it's good value.

the rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms are a bit dated but clean. The beds were firm but not uncomfortable. I would stay again
