P	Paola Munoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say about Mosaic... For me buying a house from them has been one of my worst experiences ever. I arrived in Canada three years ago and rented a unit in their Fremont rental building. We loved the apartment so we decided to buy a house in their Victoria Project. We bought in February 2019 and so far they have moved our delivery date four times. The house was supposed to be ready no later than August 2020, then they change it to Nov 2020 then February 2021 and now is June 2021. We will have to pay an extra year of rent and they do not care at all. They just hide behind the contract that we signed stating that they have up to an extra year to complete the house. They were great at selling and Lydia theirs sales rep at the time assured us that they were an excellent builder and that no mayor delays were common. For me it has been only lies so please make sure you consider other options before buying a house from them. It is unbelievable that their Mitchel project that they just recently started to build four blocks away from Victoria will be completed sooner than Victoria that has been in construction since March 2019. It takes so little to make a customer happy but MOSAIC is not willing to do anything for all the inconvenience that have caused to all Victoria buyers.

I used to live in a condo building built by Mosiac, and was impressed by their timeliness in their home care offered to the residents and owners, which made me confident in finding myself a home developed by Mosiac too. My journey was very pleasant, from day 1 I met with Lucy who showed great knowledge in this project and explained everything in detail, and then the following days I was toured by Tommy who were super friendly and patient and showed me all the features of their beautiful show homes. My journey has been such a blast. I’m so glad that I made this decision to buy my place here, and continuing calling Mosiac my home. Thanks to Lucy and Tommy, you both are so amazing!

The sales rep Lucy was very knowledgable and professional. She listened to me well and understood my needs. With her help, I got my dream unit! The Sales Coordinator, Tommy, has been such a delight! He's super patient and accommodating. Since day 1 when I visited their show homes, he explained things in detail, and didn't push me in making my decision at all. The 2nd time I visited, I spent a long time in the show homes and he was still patient and happily answering all my questions. During the purchase period, with so many back and forth deposits, bank drafts and notary stuff, he timely answered my questions and provided necessary assistance, which made my journey smooth and easy. The professionalism of both Lucy and Tommy were essential in my decision making process. I felt comfortable with asking questions and they were thorough and quick to answer them. They were both very knowledgeable of the development and purchase details and were clear with their explanations and were available at any time to guide me when I needed it. I made many visits to the show home and each time was greeted by their cheerful personalities. Both Lucy and Tommy were so incredibly helpful and there was no pressure at all to buy a property at Mosaic. In January 2021 we started to look at Seaside again and decided to buy a new townhouse at phase 3. Tommy helped us with all the questions and concerns we had and he is the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable person! He will always greet you with you a smile and is always willing to help wherever he can! We can’t wait to move in to our home, which should be finished in October. I can’t say much about the quality of our new home as we haven’t moved in yet, but the quality of the show homes are amazing.

I was always given the best support through the purchase experience, as well as prompt special consideration and attention for my own questions, concerns and needs. At the completion of my purchase and at the time of the ‘hand over’ , I was particularly impressed with the Mosaic Seaside ‘binder’ I received. This binder had everything I needed to know about my new home, and the contact numbers that I would need if any problems arose. There was also a section pertaining to general information about what I needed to take care of in terms of setting up my utilities and services. All was perfectly presented. This entire process was made wonderfully easy and stress free because of the exceptional Mosaic staff and the superior quality of the Mosaic homes. I’m obviously a very happy new Mosaic home owner!
