★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE experience, I wouldn't stay here again if I was paid to! The room was very noisy and we couldn't sleep, they had some weird cult type people staying here, breakfast was awful (stale cereal, no coffee) I don't know how they have any positive reviews. The lady at the front desk was drunk at 7am! That was by far the worst motel I've ever stayed at.

I was going to make a reservation here for a 1 night stay however the front desk women was very rude over the phone. Felt like making a reservation was a big inconvenience for her, yet it's her job. She sighed multiple times over the phone obviously annoyed when I wasn't prompted enough for her.
Anyway, after that I decided not to stay the night here and take my business else where. I advise anyone looking for a place to stay to go else where.

The staff at the front desk is cheerful and very helpful.
The room had scuffed floors, quite dated and my room didn’t even have a fire alarm... just the wires hanging from the ceiling...not a horrible place to stay but not something I would choose again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed during a storm because the roads were closed. The staff was incredibly friendly and evidently valued their guests. They handled the large amounts of people with ease and made everyone feel welcome. In the morning Yvette was kind and caring and lovely to chat with. And the housekeepers were kind despite the insane amount of work they had yet to do. Thank you for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is much in need of some sprucing up and TLC. The carpets are stained, blankets ripped...after having no hot water for our first shower, staff explained we would need to run both the sink and tub faucets simultaneously for approximately 10 minutes. This was frustrating to have to do each time we wanted a shower. Not to say a waste of water! We also had difficulty using our entrance card a few times so had to seek assistance to have the card reprogrammed.
We appreciated the hotel still offered a continental breakfast and the staff were very mindful of safety and hygiene when packing our breakfast bags. The muffins and cookies were lovely but it would have been nice to include more protein options i.e. boiled eggs, cheeses, less sugary yogurt.
This hotel was reasonably priced and in a great location for walking to restaurants, hiking trails etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome little spot! Had a lovely stay while in town for a holiday get together. Jacuzzi room was a blast! Great way to take in a movie in the tub. The building is a little dated, but the place is clean, comfortable, and the staff are great! Will definitely be staying again next time we're in town.
