★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful place in a great location. The "backyard" is breathtaking as the cabin sit atop a ridge with the fire pit bellow. ST.Malo park is a short walk away and offers a lot of family activities. Keep an eye out for wild turkeys. I hesitate to give such rave reviews as it's hard enough to book this location already, but it is in fact just amazing.

Lorraine is a delightful host and keeps the lodge running in tip-top shape. If you're looking for a place to stay while exploring southeastern Manitoba or a location for a weekend/week-long retreat, this is the place for you.
