Friday night at the pool was like being in Vegas. Nobody is following or enforcing any rules here (COVID or otherwise), everyone was packed into the pool and drinking alcohol. Huge liability issue waiting to happen. Finding a restful moment was difficult in between the general rowdiness/loudness (children and adults), including when the portable speaker was being blasted at the pools. Branding for this place is relaxation/wellness which was nowhere to be found. When I went to check-in, there was a huge slow-moving lineup. Facilities are dated. Pools are too cold. The only positive is that the pools have natural spring water. The cabins are neat, but the bed was terrible. Was dusty and had cobwebs as well. Not worth the price point in my opinion.

Loved it with family.this time round bracelets are checked to get in pool. An employee walked in the inside pools to remind people to be quiet. There weren't drunk loud patrons with coolers and food at adult pool this time. Weather was also wonderful. Tried the restaurant buffet was delicious. Nice to have the fridge for drinks. Just realized there is a microwave near Libby to use as well. The hotel does lack a safe. Mind you it is a very secure hotel. Will return. Keep in mind outdated decor a 3 star average pass.

We stopped here on our way home from Vancouver. Beautiful town!! We got in late, and had dinner at Island Bar in the hotel. The service was awesome, very personable and very attentive. The food was delicious. After dinner we went to the pools.. they were amazing. The last hour they are open is adults only, was very enjoyable. The room was a little run down, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also had a lovely view from our room. We will definitely be back.

Great location and they have relaxing hot spring mineral pools but the hotel is overall old and personally if your coming try getting the east tower that is slightly renovated and better rooms overalls compared to the west tower. Otherwise an awesome weekend getaway location to calm the heck down and take a breath for a moment in your busy life. P. S it's great for kids and elderly.

1st and foremost, great mineral pools. Nice and hot so you can detoxify your body. We got the pet friendly room and it was old and outdated. You can tell they spent more money to update the pools which is understandable. Overall I would definitely come back just to enjoy the hot springs. Also the resort is situated next to a lake and they have water sport rentals for the summer months.

We stayed for a few days here and it was a perfect getaway for our family ! Front desk attendants and the cleaning lady on our floor (8th) were nice and helpful. I had to call a few times to the hotel regarding my reservation and other inquiries and a lady named Lynnette was very nice and patience answering all my questions. As for the hotel, the corridor and main floor interior can use a little update. Our room was on the updated side so the room itself is clean and decent. The 5 pools were steaming hot despite the rain. Our kids just want to go swimming so that’s pretty much our to-do everyday. We tried different pools and all were good in their own ways. We went during the weekdays so it wasn’t too busy. I noticed the pool around 8am, 1pm and 6pm was most quiet for us. Night time is busiest in all pools. Overall, a great getaway from the city and great place for little kids.

A great mini holiday! The Harrison Hot Springs Hotel was a sentimental choice for us because we used to come here every year with our children We we're expecting to be disappointed in the condition of the Hotel, but it was a pleasant surprise. We had adjoining rooms in the east tower with our daughter and her husband, and the rooms were lovely - large and very clean. The bathroom looked outdated but was clean and functional. Carpets were like new. The pools were lovely and warm, the Hotel very clean, and staff were pleasant and helpful. If you want modern, this 100 + year old hotel may not be for you, but it is worth a visit. There is a restaurant, cafe/bar, and coffee shop, but they don't serve lunch There are lots of nearby places for lunch, however. Our daughter and her husband loved it too.

I've been coming here for twenty five years. I don't have any issues that some of the rooms are older because I think that is part of the charm. I think several changes made during the pandemic have been held on to unnecessarily. It would be great to have the afternoon tea again and bringing back smaller things like having real glasses in the rooms instead of plastic cups. We used to love the heritage rooms but even that part of the hotel has become incredibly expensive. The most unfortunate thing is that this hotel has been known for its friendly staff but the front desk was severely lacking in courtesy. Their job would get a lot easier if they didn't treat guests like problems. Usually attitudes like these can stem from issues higher up so I do hope their leadership can bring in some positivity. The highlight was the dinner buffet. The salmon was excellent. Id highly recommend.
