Customer service was horrible. We were not asked once if we need any help nor were we greeted. I personally love Moose Knuckle and will continue purchasing this product but will purchase online.

Terrible service that I have ever met. I like this brand and the product, but I feel incredibly disappointed with the service today. First of all, the sales didn't know well about the product. It's about the professionalism and knowledge of the product. I asked about the protection rating of the product and the sales told me it's level 3. I tried the product and doubted it, so I checked the website, which shows level 2. I also asked if the collection will have a discount or transfer to the outlet in the future because I don't want to get the one if the price goes down. The sales weren't sure about it and didn't explain it clearly. (My friend who came with me today bought a jacket a month ago, and the sales who helped her told her that some specific collection's price wouldn't go down or transfer to the outlet) Second, my size is XS. I tried a few collections with size XS and I asked for navy colour. I was confused when I got it because it was size S. Apparently, I can tell it's bigger. I don't understand why I tried "XS," and she gave me "S." I said to her, and she checked with the pad. She went to the stock and found it for me. Third, the sales put the items back while I was still trying them... Fourth, I asked the sales about made in Canada and Canada cold collection. She pointed at an area and said it was all on that rack. After I checked that rack, I checked another area, and I found some on this rack. Fifth, I don't think the customer needs to hold a card machine on our own. The sales passed me the machine for paying it, and she went to the stock to prepare the item I purchased. I didn't know where I should put that machine back, and she didn't check the receipt with me. What if there is something wrong with my purchase? Anyway, the experience at the store was terrible. The service doesn't even deserve one star. And I hope the company can give more training and educate the employee. The purchased time was November 6, 2021. 3:19pm

Staff is helpful and friendly, wide variety of items for sale and the store itself is cool. Would recommend! And the jackets are super warm and cozy

The sales associate that I had initially interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly it was the reason I ended up trying on some items and initially buying some items. The associate that had gotten the sale wasn’t as friendly, however she may have been new. The interaction with him will be one of the reasons that I will return to shop again at that particular store. I am already a fan of the brand, and quality of clothing.

They have a good collection of jackets. The prices were good. I found some really cool things on discount. The staff was not the best help when I asked about different sizes in different styles.

This salesperson has a very good service attitude and is very enthusiastic and meticulous. I am very satisfied with her service and I will come back to shop again. Her name is Abbey. Thank you very much for letting me buy satisfactory clothes. I will come shopping again.
