★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little while ago my wife and I decided to put our house up for sale that we’ve been living in for 18 years. It was a really big decision for us and we wanted to make sure we would find the right agent. We had heard about Dave Klinger from some friends and decided that we were going to give him a call.
We called up Dave and told him what we were thinking about and he explained everything to us very clearly what the steps would be going forward. At that point he came over and did an evaluation of our home. When he came over he brought a booklet that he prepared listing in great detail of what the homes that were sold in our area. We were very impressed on how professional and friendly he was.
Dave walked us through the entire process. He arranged for somebody to come take pictures of our house so that he could post everything online to put the house up for sale as soon as possible.
From there the visits started. He held an open house and it didn’t take long for the offers to start coming in.
Dave sold the house pretty quick making sure we received the best offer and conditions for us. The only problem we had at that point was we had nowhere to live.
We went on plenty of visits where Dave would advise us on what to look out for and never gave up on trying to find us the right place.
Eventually we found the right place and with the right negotiating we were able to move into our dream home.
Dave was so patient with all the little questions and worries that we had and made sure that we were OK through the entire process.
I would recommend him to anybody who is looking for a realtor who has their best interest at heart.

He also helped us purchase our new home and was the reason we were able to buy it at 10% below asking.

There was never any pressure and he checked in after every visit for feedback about the property to ensure we were happy and adjust his search as needed. David was always available and responded to our questions. He made the buying process enjoyable and exciting when in actuality, we were quite stressed. He guided us through the process and helped us be aware of aspects we might not have thought of as first time home buyers. He had great trustworthy contacts.
