★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hardwood floor went up in bubbles after he applied his gloss and he refused to fix it. The guy is a liar and will use faulty materials and then blame the faulty results on your type of floor, humidity levels or acts of God off the top of his head.
Avoid like the plague!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appears as a nice guy at first. Talked about how excellent my floors will become....He screwed up my floors, bubbles were forming everywhere. He tried blaming the liquid from my swiffer... He agreed to redo my floors and once complete asked me to pay him more!?! When I refused he started swearing at me.
