★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner took me out for dinner this evening. Don't get me wrong the fold was delicious as heck. What spoiled it was our poor service. Our waiter would make eye contact with us and than avoid us. I waited 8 minutes for my drink, 35 minutes for the bill. Honestly not impressed with this visit. Also the girl that seated us. Go to bed if you are tired, you definately didn't look like you wanted to be there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband took me out for supper for my birthday. My server was great he did everything he can. But another server brought us used dirty napkins that were in a bucket the cutlery was also used that was inside the bucket. We were sitting for a long time and another table walked in sat a table down from us and they got their food before us. Our table was dirty like they never washed it and just placed the paper on top. The food our sandwich all the meat was on one side and all the topping was on the other side. I won’t be going back this was my go to place but not anymore. It wasn’t even busy either like how Mother’s Day was busy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for my birthday today (may 29 @ approx6pm) service started off great, but when the food was delivered my grandson meal was forgotten about. The server brought it out near the end of our visit. My ribs were a bit over cooked. My son inlaws steak was over cooked. Requests from the server also took a while to be filled, like asking for extra napkins and to bring a glass of water. We still ended up paying without complaint due the the respect of the restaurant the $175 bill. Not even an apology about the forgotten order. Haven’t experienced such horrible service in my previous visits.

But for a place who thinks they are a place for steak lovers, they suck hugely. Ordered medium rare strip loin $30. Common steak doneness order for a “steak lover”. Twice it was over done and the third time it was BLUE. Three times and they couldn’t get it right.
I could not believe it.
Nice they didn’t charge me for anything, I think that was fair.
I’m not going back there. I travelled 160km round trip to eat out there. Lots of choice in Winnipeg and I chose them for the last time.
You have other choices too like Tony Roma’s. That’s where I’ll go next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to dine by myself as I am away from family and the service was fantastic. They put me at the bar and I have a few things that I needed changing and they were very accommodating. The server was also very polite and helpful! Will definitely be going again.
