★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Thomas has retired. I only found out the clinic is under new ownership by accidentally looking at their website. I took two dogs for heart worm on Friday May 29/20. Each dog was weighed and were not in the exam room for 5 minutes. I didn't want the blood test for heart worm, wasn't asked, they did it. Also did not want Lepo for one dog I told them that when I booked the appt. I got the Lepo shot. The bill presented was $950!!! I questioned the bill. They took the two blood tests off. The bill was corrected down to $735. At the very least clients should have been notified of the change of ownership!!!. I wasn't and I know other clients who did not know about the change. Unacceptable and I told the staff of my displeasure. I told the new owners staff that I will not be back. After almost 20 years going there this is completely unprofessional. As well as the doctor retiring the staff that was there for years have gone too! The new doctor owner is Dr. Forbes who owns Woodbridge Vet Clinic. I guess now that he has two clinics the prices have increased significantly. I think there will be many disgruntled clients when they find out of the new ownership and the costs associated with new ownership. And that is why a previously 5 star review has now been updated to one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get my kitten's first needles. The vet was so rude to me, in front of my kids and the other patrons. Terrible customer service. We ended up leaving, without even receiving any service. They will not receive my business, and I will definitely be spreading the word.

When the owner ship changed at the beginning of COVID we were bit unsure if we were going to find a new vet closer to home or continue using their services. We decided to stay with their services, couldn't be happier. We've recently added to our family and rescued two kittens, so I had a few questions for them when I took my dog in. Not only did they answer them all, they printed off some stuff for us to read and said if we have any more feel free to reach out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are wonderful and kind with our dogs. And always make sure we are well informed about the procedures. But dang....so expensive! We want to do the best we can for our pets, but vetinary care is so pricey.
