★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to come to Nakusp every summer, but have only been back once in 7 years in 2018. I will say though that for a small town, this store really has everything you would need, wether you live in Nakusp full time, or visit for a couple weeks like we do, it’s good to be able to get what you need, when you need it! The staff have always been friendly and present to deal with!

I come here to get one or two items.
I think Western Family is the worst food manufacturer in Canada.
I don't understand why people pay the high prices here for an inferior product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's nice to see the store moving forward in filling thier shelves. The shelves are looking fuller and they look to have a few more products. The staff was friendly and courteous. One noticed I forgot my mask and he went and got me one. Always a pleasure to shop at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a compact, small-town grocery store, this Save-On-Foods carries a remarkable array of foods.
Staff are really nice and stock seems to be well-managed (no dusty shelves or bad produce).
Prices are pretty high, but that is normal for a more remote mountain town.
