I have wasted too much time waiting in line here only to be told my very straight forward WU transfers have been cancelled and refunded by WU for no good reason (three times). The staff were not helpful in determining any reason why, basically shrugged their shoulders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a horror story for you. I made the mistake of using this place 2years ago when I had an emergency that required me to take out a small 250-dollar loan. I got it paid it back and never went back. Now, 2 years later I find out someone in the agency took a loan out on my profile of 6,000 dollars deposited the money in their account and proceeded to take money from my account for the instalments of $145,87 a month and I didn't notice for the first Month then on the second month my bank phone app tells me there's a repeat withdrawal attempt that is unusual so they let it through but informed me enough to notice that something was wrong, this happened in January 2022 and after a police report Money Mart has agreed that it's fraud but not only have they not paid me back now my credit is trashed!

Phoned to check rates on purchasing pesos and American money for holidays, rate was fantastic, turn around time was awesome and everyone I spoke to either on the phone or in person was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for making it so easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will be making the drive from Kelowna over using the Gordon and Harvey location simply due to the diligence and efforts of the staff. After having some issues with my recent instalment loan terms I was basically just given an apology for not being able to help me at the location I took it at (and from the same staff!) but Rebecca and the manager worked at fixing it. It took a couple days but meant a lot to me to have the staff work so hard to fix a difficult situation to do with my personal finances. I understand the business that they are in can be tough to deal with people but I personally support businesses for the service I receive and the professionalism. I highly recommend using this location if you want the best service and would recommend Rebecca for management if she isn’t being considered already as she is a true professional and her diligence and service alongside her manager will keep my business coming back.
