★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been most frustrating bank to deal with ever. Spend an hour and a half trying to call only to have no one ever answer the phone and their customer service mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. People never get back to you and then leave on holidays so you have no idea if what you needed done has been completed or just forgotten. Took them 4 years to figure out how to run a report to show mortgage payment separation of principal and interest. Would have given 0 if that was an option..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a line of 7 customers outside when i arrived. 2 or 3 more in the store. I assumed the tellers were busy. 20 mins later when i finally got in, i was shocked to see only 1 teller, while 4 other ladies talked in the back room. I stood for another 7 mins inside and just watched them all until one finally came out snd took my deposit. The people outside were not 6 feet away, tellers didnt masks, customer service was horrible. Ill avoid this location from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front end staff are great; however, the bank may as well be mafia. The billions that they get quarterly is based on taking zero risk to help those that deserve the help with excellent credit. I am pulling our mortgage and accounts as soon as possible. Wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally had a day to go grab a bank card because I lost my wallet with all my ID and my bank card and teller refused to even consider finding away around it. Now I have no bus fare so I get to work for the rest of the week and no money to buy my son the food I desperately need. How is there not a way around it when the main cause is losing wallets?!?!?!?! I’ve been going to that exact bank for over 6 years you’d think that would count for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dread going to this bank location. The line is always forever long with only 2 tellars on and there is always visibly people sitting on their computers in their office. Once I stood in an obvious long line and watched the tellar flirt with some guy who wasn't even doing banking for over 11 minutes. This place is a joke. If I didnt have my credit card with BMO, I would never come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had the option to give this branch 0 stars. Absolutely unwilling to help in any manner or help fix problems for loyal customers. Customer service here is an absolute joke, there is a reason it has only a 2 star review. Will be changing banks next week, this place is TERRIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just tried to call the branch, again. I was unable to speak to a person and a recording said the mail box is full. I have tried to leave messages in the past and calls were never returned. Terrible customer service has resulted in me taking my business elsewhere. At my new bank I can text, email and/or speak to a person whenever I need to. Not sure why I put up with this for so long.
